Nick McConnaughey is an artisan when it comes to front ensemble arranging.
He understands the gig, sometimes it’s to be highly virtuosic and overt. Most of the time, it’s about being complementary and accompanimental. His willingness to work with Band Directors and Percussion Directors is unique, as he is looking to make both of those personalities happy. Nick is a musician’s arranger.
